Desktop Technician



Responsibilities

  • Resolve software and hardware instances on Microsoft systems



  • Document requests using a helpdesk system



  • Install and set up new IT equipment



  • Support and maintain FAB



  • Maintain customer service



  • Flexible and able to rotate responsibilities when needed



  • Maintain excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with technicians and all employees



  • Resolve different types of software incidents and upgrade software and hardware



  • Attend training courses as needed for appropriate development



  • To create, maintain and publish relevant support documentation in order to assist all users in the quick resolution of their incidents and service requests and enable users to become more self-sufficient.





Qualifications

  • Associate with 2+ years of experience / Bachelors preferred



  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and PC hardware



Able to apply advanced mathematical concepts
