The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the HR team as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships: often providing candidates with their first impression of the company and our family oriented culture. The HR Coordinator will be an organizational guru, working effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possessing exceptional communication skills with the ability to shift gears at a moment s notice. Must enjoy the challenges of working in a small, growing company with a focus on building an organization of talented individuals.
