Consultant to support the Kenexa BrassRing Applicant Tracking System in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position serves as a technical point of contact to gather system requirements, assist subject matter experts with insuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement. This position will initially focus on supporting the technical requirements from the Talent Acquisition Team but may evolve into other HRIS areas over time.


  • Projects/Process Improvement (40%) Work with customers on a variety of projects and requests to enhance workflow and keep current with processes and new technology. Recommend opportunities for improvements or enhancements using the tools available. Use project management skills to keep projects on track while serving as a liaison between all parties directly or indirectly affected by the project. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate changes.

  • Production Support (30%) Provide customer support, including researching and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws. Perform schedule activities and maintenance to support changes in contracts, law or policy.

  • Reporting/Queries (20%) Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using available reporting tools. Analyze, interpret data and compile Talent Acquisition metrics for all levels of leadership. Develop on-going standard reports to meet customer needs. Complete complex government reporting. Use complex queries and other audit tools to analyze data. Use HRMS knowledge to review output and help maintain data integrity. Able to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities

  • Training (5%) Develop and execute training for end users. Including training manuals, procedures, guidelines and documentation. - - Individual Development (5%) Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service deployment, delivery and support of key technologies.


  • 1-3 years of experience in the implementation and support of HRIS applications

  • BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience

  • Able to work with multiple HRIS-related technologies and tools

  • Broad understanding of ERP business systems

  • Must be Kenexa BrassRing Workbench Certified

  • Project management experience

  • Works well in a multiple team environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Technology related training and communication experienceTechnology Experience:

  • Required

  • Kenexa BrassRing Workbench certified

  • Highly proficient in using MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

  • Must be able to work independently
