SUMMARY

Responsible technical and administrative position providing general helpdesk and IT support services.



RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Maintain documentation for systems and applications



  • Maintain current/custom applications and systems



  • Provide technical support for workstations, applications and network



  • Provide IT training and assist users



  • Troubleshoot issues on the phone or in person





QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 5 years of experience in a help desk role



  • Knowledge of computer network technologies, equipment and applications



  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills



  • Ability to work effectively with staff and management



  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).



  • Ability to work independently



  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines



  • Network experience a plus
