Responsible technical and administrative position providing general helpdesk and IT support services.
- Maintain documentation for systems and applications
- Maintain current/custom applications and systems
- Provide technical support for workstations, applications and network
- Provide IT training and assist users
- Troubleshoot issues on the phone or in person
- Knowledge of computer network technologies, equipment and applications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with staff and management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
- Network experience a plus
