SUMMARY

Coordinate implementation of services, policies and programs through Human Resources Staff; reports to the Human Resources Director and assists and advises Company managers about Human Resources issues.



REQUIREMENTS

  • Recruiting and staffing logistics; coordinate interviews, screenings.



  • Maintain Company database to ensure accuracy of records.



  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting.



  • Employee relations and employee counseling.



  • Organizational development.



  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.



  • Compensation and benefit administration.



  • Policy development and documentation.



  • Company employee communication.



  • Other duties may be assigned, as needed or required.





QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA Degree preferred



  • HR certification preferred



  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft and Outlook with the ability to write reports



  • Experience with ADP payroll systems helpful but not required.



  • Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal rules and laws



  • Minimum 3-5 years experience



  • Attention to detail and accuracy



  • Strong planning and organizational skills



  • Ability to multi-task
