The Marketing Coordinator is charged with facilitating administrative needs for the department as they pertain to working with the Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing Operations on vendor management, group scheduling, processing POs and invoices, as well as coding for budgeting and accounting purposes. The Coordinator will also provide support on digital marketing needs such as organizing the photo library, learning the email marketing console and website in order to assist with updates to the website and timely email marketing flyers and promotions. The coordinator will work closely with the Marketing, Leasing, Accounting, Property Management, and Operations teams to manage the relationships across the departments to make sure that Marketing s role within these categories is organized and delivering output on-time.


  • Coordinate and schedule group meetings

  • Take detailed notes at meetings

  • Support the Director on processing invoices, purchase orders, logging and tracking expenses, and scanning and filing documents when required

  • Support general marketing on helping to update websites and issue email promotional content in a timely manner

  • Support the Senior Vice President and Director on departmental adherence to project timelines and calendars

  • Manage communicating follow-up items from weekly meetings

  • Support leasing and marketing event coordination and preparation

  • Handle confidential information


  • Bachelor s degree

  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint (or keynote) knowledge

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • 1-2 years in AP/AR, corporate accounting, or departmental/office bookkeeping preferred

  • Good aptitude for learning computer software and/or new digital tools

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Weekly travel to NYC will be required
