SUMMARY

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing activities directed towards growing the business and aligned with the wider company goals. The basic objective of the role is to provide hands-on support aimed to increase market share and profitability whilst promoting the company product portfolio, expertise and account management team(s). The individual must be able to work across business groups, manage multiple deliverables, meet deadlines and communicate effectively; both internally and externally. He or She will be primarily responsible in driving the usage and traction of CRM, Salesforce, across the organization.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creates and implements programs to drive and grow business



  • Target training programs to increase CRM usage



  • Generates qualified leads via proactive and reactive channels



  • Gathers, organizes and reports on frontline activity, including recent orders, key wins & losses, key projects and competitive input



  • Creates communications tools to reach customers and new prospects by leveraging CRM data



  • Works closely with IT, Estimating and Development to ensure tool is working properly



  • Direct contact to customers, prospects and dealers as required



  • Post trade show support



  • Creates and delivers marketing reports based on business needs, also including various sales process needs such as a change order



  • Provides wider Marketing Team support as needed for special projects



QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid knowledge of CRMs, Salesforce is a plus



  • 8-10 years experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Operations



  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations, Marketing required



  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications and comfortable with technology



  • Self-Starter, proven ability to handle multiple projects through full spectrum of communication channels



  • Strong working knowledge of social media and Google Analytics



  • Experience working with external customers, suppliers and vendors



  • Proven ability to interact with all levels of staff including management and customers



  • Strong organization and time management skills required
