RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support non-discrimination testing



  • Support 5500 submission process/audit activities Financial Planning Benefit Imputed Income



  • Manage employee raised questions and issues, and escalate to the Benefits Manager as applicable.



  • Monitor BenefitsAtWork phone line, emailbox and mailbox to respond to employees general benefits inquiries Coordination and support for leave of absence activities, including liaising between the employee, the manager and HRBP to resolve return-to-work issues and the completion and submission of the Leave of Absence advise to pay bi-weekly report.



  • STD, LTD, FML, Parental Leave, Personal Leave, Work-Life Initiative Policies



  • Coordination and support for workers compensation, application for disability accommodations and travel accommodation requests Manage transfers between DSI and non-participating subsidiaries



  • Support with bill payments and reconciliation activity Gather disability payment information from Aetna reports and send it to Finance Department divided by cost center.



  • Deliver presentations to employees, HRBPs, other interested parties Support the ongoing production of Benefits communications (video signage, DSI Connect/Pulse articles, emails, Annual Enrollment communications, etc.).



  • Retirement Plan Administration Support



  • Compliance



  • Support non-discrimination testing



  • Support 5500 submission process/audit activities



  • Manage employee escalated questions and issues Manage transfers between DSI and non-participating subsidiaries



  • 401(k) loan delinquency report review



  • Submit invoices against ERISA administration budget



  • Ancillary Program Administration



  • Executive Financial Planning Reimbursement/Financial Planning Reimbursement Educational Assistance Program Matching Gifts Volunteer Commitment Adoption Reimbursement Program







QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple responsibilities Excellent attention to detail Strong customer service orientation Excellent interpersonal skills



  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels



  • Vendor management proficiency Ability to work independently



  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to deliver presentations Strong analytical skills Sound judgment



  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Proficiency in interpreting and explaining benefit program rules and provisions to plan participants and HRBPs Familiarity with SAP preferred



  • Bachelor s degree preferred
