Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
Post managed care, B2B payments, adjustments, and corrections to customer accounts in accordance with current policies and procedures.
Post all managed care and insurance payments, including takebacks and denials, to customer accounts in a timely manner
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies
Complete all tasks received via Service Desk
Comply with HIPAA and OneRetail guidelines
Perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1-2 years posting experience in a medical, hospital or audiology practice required
Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) required
Knowledge of medical billing preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX, Navision) preferred
Proficient with Windows, MS Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Highly motivated, proactive, and results driven
Works cooperatively in a team atmosphere
