Manage all bid and pricing submissions and contract administration in compliance with audit requirements. Validates and processes daily chargeback claims.
Maintain pricing agreements in SAP/Vistex
Prepares all bid submissions
Create profitability model for Associate Director Sales Support on bid requests
Works independently and is accountable to meeting all customer bid deadlines
Notify the compendium databases on all product launches and changes
Notify wholesalers and accounts of pricing changes
Maintain account membership in SAP
Processing, validation and approval of chargebacks claims
Work with accounts receivables and wholesalers to resolve any discrepancies with chargebacks
Follow up with wholesalers and accounts receivables to ensure incorrect deductions are reversed
Create and maintain SAP/Vistex indirect accounts and groups
Other duties and projects as assigned
Manage FSS and PHS pricing process
Maintain promotion tracking systems
Maintain bid tracking database and competitive information database
Audit pricing in SAP to ensure accuracy regularly
Point person for the order department/Customer Service to resolve customer pricing discrepancies on purchase orders within one hour of inquiry.
Daily processing of chargeback claims
Maintain contract membership and wholesaler relationships in system
Work with accounts receivables and wholesalers to resolve any discrepancies with chargeback s and ensure incorrect deductions are reversed
Work closely with customers to resolve chargeback discrepancies
Responsible for maintaining memberships on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy for chargeback claims
Producing monthly sales reporting packet in Business Objects
Assign class of trade within SAP for government reporting and work with government pricing team to update 340b membership eligibility.
A minimum of a high school diploma, a BS degree in business is preferred
Position requires 4-6 years experience in pricing/chargeback department in pharmaceutical industry
In depth knowledge and experience in every function of Contract Management, including rebates, and an understanding of Gross to Net determinations is required.
