Customer Service Representative I
Provide order, invoice and invoice credit status as requested by customers and co-workers for order acknowledgement
Check incoming orders for correct item, customer and territory numbers
Check pricing and contact the customer to re-submit corrected pricing and configuration
Process freight bills for payment and invoicing
Process vendor invoices for payment and invoicing
Distribute literature per as requested
Resolve complaints, problems and questions directly or through coordination and follow-up with other departments
Work closely with Sales Representative and their accounts
Assist co-workers with equipment configurations
Provide part number identification support
Expedite orders based on customer requirements and inventory levels
General filing and document distribution
Other duties as assigned by management
High school diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of incoming call-center experience in a sales order environment.
Accurate data entry skills (minimum of 35 WPM) in a Windows based SAP (e.G., Great Plains) system.
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Must possess excellent customer service and people skills including active listening, verbal communication, empathy and affirmation, and demonstrated conflict resolution & problem-solving skills.
Demonstration of the ability to follow through with customer inquiries.
Ability to quickly learn products and procedures.
