SUMMARY

Tagging customer orders to the individual CSR based on territory location. Backup for CSRs for order processing.

Processes all sample order requests internally via our plant fulfillment center on a daily basis. Process and provide monthly sample reports by RSM. Execute and distribute monthly sample charts based on the number of samples per month vs. Other global entities and year-over-year analysis

Provides overall support for mailing and distributing all Customer Services materials by responding to and fulfilling inquiries/requests from Customers, Sales Team, Sales Agents, and Shipping and Regulatory personnel.

Responsible for distribution and filing of customer invoices; must maintain customer email addresses for invoice program.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ships sample documents, product marketing materials and other marketing communications on a timely basis as requested by customers, Sales personnel and Sales Agents.



  • Ships MSDS updates to customers on a regular basis and collates binder catalogs for shipment to customers.



  • Enters orders into BPCS and confirms product, price, quantity, bill to address, Ship to address, FOB shipping point terms, to customers in a professional and timely manner.



  • Check product availability, consider nearest shipping point.



  • Processes all Customer Service office supply requisitions.



  • Trace and track all shipments for on-time delivery.



  • Check daily on pending orders to ensure that shipments will meet customers" expectation (orders/samples.)



  • Identifies the appropriate company location to ship goods to the customer so that they receive products in a timely manner.



  • Updates sample database and makes sure sample ship dates are properly entered. Updates database as required



  • Generates monthly sample reports and charts and distributes to Regional Sales Managers and Agents for follow-up as well as upper management.



  • Assures that department policies and procedures comply with ISO requirements.



  • Performs special assignments upon request.



QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service/order processing in a manufacturing environment is preferred.



  • Specialty Chemical industry experience is a plus.



  • High School diploma required.



  • Experience with sample processing a plus
