- Provide Adhoc Admin support for HR department
- Complete travel bookings, expense reports, calendar management
- Coordinate catering, room setup and meeting support
- Prepare and maintain files according to established guidelines
- Create packets of information; develop standard documents according to established guidelines
- Drafts and edit basic communication with some complexity
- Assists with mailings which may including mass merges from database software reports; responds directly to routine inquiries.
- Confirm internal and external appointments
- Greet external visitors, answer phone calls and direct appropriately with limited supervision
- Implement projects or process improvements with supervision, for example, processing expense reimbursements and ensures timely completion of expense reports.
