  • Provide Adhoc Admin support for HR department

  • Complete travel bookings, expense reports, calendar management

  • Coordinate catering, room setup and meeting support

  • Prepare and maintain files according to established guidelines

  • Create packets of information; develop standard documents according to established guidelines

  • Drafts and edit basic communication with some complexity

  • Assists with mailings which may including mass merges from database software reports; responds directly to routine inquiries.

  • Confirm internal and external appointments

  • Greet external visitors, answer phone calls and direct appropriately with limited supervision

  • Implement projects or process improvements with supervision, for example, processing expense reimbursements and ensures timely completion of expense reports.


  • 2-5 years of prior experience.

  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite.

  • Ability to format PPT, use Excel

  • Must be well organized and able to manage more than one project at one time.

  • Associate degree preferred; or equivalent work experience.
