The Human Resources Administrative Assistant performs a variety of highly responsible, confidential and complex administrative tasks working in close relation with the assigned executives. Accountable for performing administrative duties such as answering phone, filing, preparing routine correspondence, presentations and utilizing spreadsheets to format and analyze information. The HR Admin must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
