Provides direct administrative and clerical support to Human Resources Manager
Audits and files HR documents
Verifies I-9 documentation
Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
Assists with processing of terminations.
Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms.
Assists with the various employee discount coupons by contacting companies for coupons as directed by HR Manager.
Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager.
Assists with travel arrangements and itineraries
Schedules conferences and interviews by reserving facilities at local hotels and/or restaurants
Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
Assists or prepares correspondence.
Prepares new employee files
3+ yrs of experience in Human Resources in an administrative/coordinator capacity
Knowledge of Human Resources topics, including labor laws, compliance, FMLA, etc.
Paycom experience a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Proficient in MS Office
Problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
