Supports the Human Resources department with managing the workforce by providing administrative support to the Director of HR in matters that involve personnel.
Welcoming new employees to the organization by conducting onboarding and ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed properly
Assists in the maintenance of employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Provides overall support to company administration through different functions such as preparing forms and reports.
Assist associates with benefit education and enrollment.
Assist in management of all leaves. (DBL, FMLA, NY-PFL)
In the absence of the Director of HR, handle issues and inquiries, supply information to job applicants, employees, and department heads.
Provide support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages.
Maintain high employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
