RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests and give plant tours



  • Order and maintain office supplies



  • Handle all new hire orientation and paperwork



  • Check time cards and preparing payroll



  • Manage employee files



  • Respond to employee queries regarding benefits





QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 plus years experience doing administrative tasks in an HR Department



  • Experience with SAP a plus



  • Some experience with employee benefits



  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment



  • Must be able to meet deadlines efficiently



  • Excellent communication skills
