The Administrative assistant will be supporting the marketing department and be responsible for a variety of tasks that will allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs.


  • Will be supporting multiple marketing and sales executives in daily tasks as well as various projects

  • Assist in creating marketing materials

  • Distributing leads to the team

  • Updating and managing calendars for executives

  • Creating monthly marketing reports

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department s activities

  • Assist in marketing events and promotional activities

  • Updates sales and marketing data base

  • Help in organizing research and assisting in various projects


  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Great communication skills

  • Team player

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Good understanding of marketing principles
