  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with creative agencies, inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt

    • Develops, owns and manages the process for regulatory, medical and legal review of promotional materials

    • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments

    • Participates in sample allocation process led by Sample management by providing Marketing sample strategy and oversight

    • Oversees and manages Direct to Physician inventory and sample shipments through 3PL provider

    • Manages Marketing budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans, processes and tracks purchase orders and invoices

    • Owner and manager of Marketing Department Email, first line response and coordination of communication with field sales team

    • Manage, organize, and maintain marketing share drive with all appropriate documentation

    • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments


    • 2+ years in the pharmaceutical healthcare marketing or related industry

    • Strong communication skills

    • Ability to take initiative, responsibility and demonstrate results-oriented project management

    • Proficiency in Outlook and Excel

    • Must possess an understanding of pharmaceutical marketing operations

    • Must possess some knowledge of brand management and drug development process

    • Ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally including sales, sales operations, supply chain, finance, regulatory, compliance and managed markets

    • Commitment to marketing operational efficiency and excellence

    • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office

    • Excellence in analytic skills (qualitative and quantitative) strategic thinking and problem-solving
