Supervise approx. 5+ Customer Service Representative Employees. Work closely with Managers to assist with customer needs as necessary and address issues.


  • Maintain accurate customer account records, including reconciliation of all applicable accounts.

  • Maintain effective practices and procedures to assure timely collection of all data needed to accurately record revenues, match billing with contract rates and ensure proper billing is applied

  • Ensure that all manufacturer accounts including warranty/transit claims are current and accurate

  • Prepare and oversee daily and month end billings

  • Supervise, lead, direct, and motivate staff to achieve or exceed employee and customer performance goals and objectives

  • Promote and understand customer satisfaction. Ensure timely and accurate results for internal and external auditors

  • Responsible for approximately 10 customer accounts

  • Run reports as requested by Managers/Customers

  • Coordinate staff coverage

  • Responsible for intern students throughout the year, assign daily tasks and provide daily lunch

  • Maintain calendar for visitors, meetings and office space availability

  • Manage general office duties: maintain and order office supplies inventory as needed (i.E. Coffee, office supplies, etc.)

  • Other duties as required to maintain the office running smooth


  • JD Edwards systems experience preferred

  • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Automotive dealership or similar experience preferred

  • 10-15 years Management/Supervisor experience

  • Strong oral and written communication and relationship building skills

  • Ability to work independently and in team environment

  • Capability to handle multiple accounts, prioritize and work high pace environment

  • Bilingual English, Spanish, Portuguese
