Co-ordinate, direct and control payroll preparation, processing and distribution as well as administer 401(k). Enhance the effectiveness of the Company HRIS. ADP workforce now, multi-state payroll


  • Co-ordinate activities of Payroll Administrator.

  • Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements; ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.

  • Direct the preparation of payroll related documents; oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements; compile data from payroll sources.

  • Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.

  • Monitor the accurate processing of employee appointments, transfers, promotions and terminations.

  • Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations; maintain accurate account balances; review and improve payroll policies and procedures.

  • Oversee the maintenance of current employee data system; enhance data system to enable self-service and online services for managers and employees.

  • Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements.

  • Support all internal and external audits related to payroll.

  • Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll production.

  • Other duties may be assigned, as needed or required.


  • BA or equivalent experience

  • Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce; ability to write reports and analyze data

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processing

  • Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal rules and laws

  • Solid financial acumen

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
