Project Management Coordinator


This person works with all team members and departments both nationally and globally. The scope of responsibilities includes daily work with both head of brand & marketing as well as head of customer experience team.


  • Organize and support the global sales team in planning and execution of reginal customer targeted marketing campaigns (micro-campaigns).

  • Work with Regional Sales Managers and Head of Marketing on the creation of micro-campaigns to develop and build new business and relationships which includes but is not limited to; timelines, scope, materials, logistics, budget, etc.

  • Work with Sales Managers to assist in the development of specific tailor made micro-campaigns, based on existing marketing assets, managing material generation including working with suppliers when needs, planning the production of shipping of the required marketing materials, supporting the sales managers during the execution phase, as well as, analyzing the micro-campaigns results.

  • Ensure consistent and quality projects pipeline reports, as well as, that the divisional forecast is on track, otherwise moving what is necessary

  • Ensure that the department is meeting work plan goals and numbers

  • Manage the sales pipelines and upcoming projects to help with forecast and supply

  • Other duties as assigned by management


  • Bachelors with a concentration in Business Management, Marketing or related filed.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in project management within an Marketing Environment

  • Specific experience in managing sales related projects and direct contact with Sales Managers

  • Preferred experience in Marketing and Global Multi-Cultural Commercial /Sales

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functional groups including with customers in a positive and collaborative manner

  • Ability to handle large work volumes requiring a high degree of accuracy and be highly organized

  • Detailed oriented and strong work ethic

  • Ability to set and handle multiple priorities, adapt to changing situations quickly, follow instructions, schedules and timelines

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, CRM and SharePoint)

  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals

  • Bilingual, is a plus

  • Must have experience in supplement industry and/or knowledge of nutritional ingredients/products
