In this role, the contract recruiter will serve as a subject matter expert on innovative candidate sourcing techniques, and recruiting process. Responsible for executing the full life cycle of sourcing and hiring talent.
Enable a positive hiring manager experience through proactive management of the hiring and selection process.
Will meet with Hiring Managers to ensure an accurate understanding of the position, candidate requirements, and qualifications.
Responsible for educating the hiring manager on the recruiting process and hiring manager tools.
Determine and execute effective sourcing strategies to deliver a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
The Contract Recruiter will identify qualified candidates and obtain referrals through social networking tools (e.G. LinkedIn), professional networks, and contracted job board resume databases
Conducts phone screens and interviews candidates; and facilitates positive candidate experience through proactive management of recruiting process
Recruiter will be recruiting for R&D based roles - at least 5+ years in Pharma - specifically sourcing for roles in clinical operations; regulatory affairs; and drug safety departments
Demonstrated experience in the use of innovative sourcing strategies including social networks; and experience working with contingency and retained search firms is preferred.
Possesses working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.G. Posting jobs, requisition management, status updates, etc.) are critical skills in this role. Pharmaceutical industry experience is strongly preferred.
