Partner with recruiters to understand specific sourcing requirements from the hiring stakeholders
Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool; providing regular updates and/or feedback to recruiting partners
Review resumes and screen individuals to pre-qualify potential candidates that align to job qualifications
Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify the best talent pool, including our ATS and additional tools e.G. LinkedIn
Monitor and track candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies
Track candidate progress in our ATS
Focus on providing a great candidate experience
Minimum 2 years sourcing/recruiting experience and a Bachelor s degree preferred.
Experience with various sourcing techniques.
Strongly prefer pharmaceutical recruiting experience.
