- Work closely with CEO (Entrepreneur) to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organization.
- Very hands-on to partner with CEO (Entrepreneur) to strategically assess and evaluate staff in order to decide/create/implement career pathing and succession plans for each position
- Create and design incentive plans to motivate staff and reward performance and then partner with CEO to continue to evaluate plans and set goals for each position.
- Explain goals to each employee and create and explain new goals which clearly outline monetary rewards.
- Create and implement programs for successful organizational change and performance.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals partnering with the management team to develop training programs for specific positions
- Coordinate and adjust training schedules for employees
- Evaluate training programs
- Be on the floor permanently and available / fully accessible during business hours as an HR presence for the employees
- Assess and anticipate HR-related needs
- Handle special HR Projects accordingly
