SUMMARY

Our client is seeking an HR Talent Management Business Partner to join our office.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervision of the HR daily operations and staff of 3



  • Administration of HR programs including FMLA, Orientation, Compensation, Performance Management, Benefit Administration, company training programs



  • Familiarity with federal contractor rules



  • Working knowledge of state, local, and federal employment laws



  • Employee relations



  • Lead talent management, strategic recruitment plans and strategies



  • Affirmative Action Plan Coordination



  • Policy Administration



  • HR related tasks as assigned



  • Special projects and initiatives



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional HR experience required



  • 5 years in strategic recruitment role required



  • Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources or related field



  • Working knowledge of all HR areas



  • Strategic staffing planning experience



  • Supervisory experience required.



  • Prior experience should include administration of HR programs related to those noted above



  • Ability to communicate (written and verbally) with all levels of staff, and internal and external clients



  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables



  • Technical proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint



  • Hands-on working knowledge of Taleo required



  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
